Meet The Spot – Chilliwack’s newest mental health-focused teen center, located in the heart of Chilliwack’s vibrant District 1881. Uniquely designed to serve the needs of all teens in the community, The Spot offers a welcoming environment that blends support, growth, and fun.

By day, The Spot features three private counseling rooms, offering individual and family counseling sessions open to all teens in Chilliwack. With a focus on creating a safe and inclusive space, The Spot’s counseling services provide teens and their families with the tools to navigate life’s challenges and strengthen their connections.

After school, The Spot transforms into a vibrant, cutting-edge space exclusively for teens on the autism spectrum. The open area comes alive with weekly programs featuring 3D printers, VR headsets, interactive games, and more. These programs, based on availability, include activities like Dungeons & Dragons campaigns, life skills workshops, and independence-building sessions, all led by our energetic Spot teen team. It’s where fun meets growth, and teens can truly thrive.
