Creative Third Thursdays is a creative networking event series brought to you by the Chilliwack Creative Commission and Cowork Chilliwack.

Chris Fassbender is a versatile artist currently editing the "Great Creators" documentary, which spans over 20 years of the Tractorgrease music community through the lens of Jeff Bonner and featuring some of Western Canada's most influential musical acts. With over 25 years in theatre and film, he trained at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York before making his mark in Edmonton's arts scene, winning three Elizabeth Sterling Haynes Awards for his work in alternative and experimental theatre. After moving to Vancouver, Chris worked on film crews which inspired him to focus on editing. Chris studied editing at Maine Media College in Rockport, Maine and while he was up to changing his life he figured he should move to Chilliwack in 2014. He now lives in the forest in the Fraser Valley with his partner Ali and oh so many animals.
