Aaron Pete is the host of the Bigger Than Me Podcast and a returning guest to Creative Third Thursdays. This time around, we're going to dig deep into what's involved in producing a successful interview-style video and audio podcast.

Raised by a single Indigenous mother with a disability, Aaron has a deep appreciation for the value of community and uses his platform to inspire and uplift others. He is a graduate of the Peter A. Allard School of Law and serves as the Strategic Relationships Manager for Métis Nation British Columbia. In September 2022, Aaron was elected as a council member for his community, Chawathil First Nation.

So many people have an interest in starting a podcast and of those that do get started, 99% fail to hit the 100th episode mark. We'll get into the weeds and talk about defining your niche and goals, finding and securing guests, preparing for the interview, recording and editing episodes, consistently publishing, planning and executing a social media strategy and what it takes to actually get eyes and ears on your content.
