Puppies & Pilates for the SPCA
Oh my goodness… cuteness has arrived again! Offering 2 “Pilates with puppies classes” Sat April 12 th! 10-11 am and 11-12 at the studio. Link to book classes is in bio. 1/2 the proceeds will go to our local SPCA.
A FEW REMINDERS FOR CLASS: - please do not wear perfumes - have clean clothes and shoes - bring your own mat if you can (a towel works too) - if it’s super nice… class will be outside so dress in layers.
This is a fun way to get a workout in (yes we actually work lol) and it’s help to socialize the pups AND support the SPCA. Don’t miss out… book as soon as you can!
